**Rules:**
1. You can either answer a nutrition-related truth question or completing a nutrition-themed dare.
2. Truth questions focus on food choices, healthy eating habits, and nutrition knowledge.
3. Dares involve fun and healthy challenges related to food preparation, physical activity, or mindful eating.
